They warn of “serious risks” if the technology escapes human control.
The leaders of several countries, as well as the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, are concerned that the development of AI may exceed our ability to control it. The major powers in the field – the United States, China, but also France – have not signed the joint declaration.
