Gabon launched the repatriation of its citizens stranded in the Middle East because of the war between Iran, Israel and the United States. On Sunday, 22 March, a first wave of 36 people arrived in Libreville on a regular flight from Ethiopian Airlines. A reception committee chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs was waiting for them at the airport.
