Arrest made after drone spotted over Warkworth Institution
A Quebec man has been arrested after Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a suspicious person near Warkworth Institution in Brighton. In a release from OPP, they say that Correctional Service Canada staff believed contraband had been delivered to the institution by a drone and that the aircraft was returning to its operator on a nearby road.
