Army Cadets spend time with residents

Detachment Commander SSgt Brian Jacobs from Widnes Detachment, Normandy Company, Cheshire Army Cadet Force, visited three of our Halton Council Care Homes this March. Brian began his visit at Millbrow Care Home, where he was warmly welcomed by Louise, our Armed Forces Champion.
