A dispute about a human resources report that found Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice Karen Baker harassed administrative court employees should be handled as an internal administrative matter of the Arkansas Supreme Court rather than a judicial matter, the state's high court ruled Thursday.

Arkansas Supreme Court Dismisses Chief Justice Karen Baker’s HR Appeal
