An Arkansas State Police trooper was captured on dashcam footage yanking the passenger of a vehicle by his hair and punching him in the face after a high-speed chase that ended in the streets of Blytheville.
The chase took place in Blyteville, Arkansas, and the driver of the SUV went about 130 miles per hour, about 210 km/h, before the car could be stopped, and the police officer pulled a passenger out of a broken window and grabbed him by dredge.
