VIDEO - The gendarmes launched on Thursday afternoon an operation to dislodge farmers who oppose the slaughter of more than 200 cattle, following the discovery on Tuesday of a case of contagious nodular dermatosis in a farm in Ariège.
The CRS took control of the Bordes-sur-Arize farm this night after clashes with the farmers who occupied the site to prevent the slaughter of the herd of cows. One of them is positive for contagious nodular dermatosis (CND).
On Thursday night, the police took over control of the farm, where a herd of cows must be slaughtered due to a case of contagious nodular dermatosis.
