The 25-kilometer Metro Line 13 in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region has been approved. The Maharashtra government has also given the green light to the eastern extension of the Pune Ring Road.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has said that the work of Metro-13 will begin soon to remove traffic congestion in the Mira-Bhayander to Virar-Vasai stretch, and the travel time of the commuters will be reduced by half.
