Apple Opens a 600-Seat Live Music Venue in London

Cupertino tech giant Apple recently announced the opening of Apple Music Hall, a 600-seat live music venue located inside London's historic Battersea Power Station.
The venue incorporates "heritage brickwork, fluted arches, and bronze balconies reminiscent of the historic oriel windows," featuring a 38-foot-wide stage and a 48-speaker spatial sound system.
Broadcasting capabilities allow artists to "perform an intimate live show" while capturing multi-camera video, and Apple relocated London-based Apple Music Radio studios to the site.
Tickets for the first three shows go on sale Monday, September 28, via the DICE platform; Andrew Foggin, CCO at Dice, called the partnership a "perfect fit."
Sir Elton John will headline the venue's opening night on September 28, with future performances from Charli XCX, Baby Keem, and Burna Boy.
