The North Luzon Mineral Resources Corporation (NLMRC) has filed a cyberlibel complaint against a resident of Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya who is opposing the company’s mineral exploration on an estimated 4,456 hectares of land in their area. The NLMRC filed the case against resident Lei Jim Dugay through Jaime Atayde, a representative of the company.
