Residents of the city of Rome’s inside district could see a 2.59% tax increase on real property taxes while residents in the outside district would face a 3.06% increase in Mayor Jeffrey M. Lanigan’s proposed $56,668,105 budget for 2026, the second tax rate increase of his administration.
