HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- With tropical activity potentially heading towards South Carolina, the Horry County Animal Care Center is calling on the public to help clear the shelter to make room for lost pets. During hurricanes and storms, the ACC becomes the home for missing and lost pets they pick up during or after a storm.
