ANI has identified 55 persons who continue to hold public office or dignity, although in their case there have been definitive findings of incompatibility, conflicts of interest or unwarranted assets, and the three-year prohibition period has not ended. These persons will lose their mandate, function or public dignity, under the conditions laid down in Law 180/2026 on integrity.
