The regulation of data centres by the central government has raised alarms among large companies in the sector, electricity and energy companies and also in autonomous communities such as Andalusia, which claim to be harmed by the measure. This week, the Andalusian administration has recorded its claims to the norm, a document in which it also highlights the benefits with which the region has to be able to house this type of infrastructure.
After the period of allegations, the Executive is expected to amend the final text of the royal decree.
