The Supreme Court has sentenced an insurer from an anesthesiologist in Valladolid to compensation of €1.2 million for the "serious damage" suffered by a 15-month-old baby who underwent a magnetic resonance under sedation. The minor "was left," according to the Patient Ombudsman, with a "90 percent disability" due to neurological sequelae caused by the "sedation test".
