Defence counsel says the arson and mischief case will be resolved without a trial, and Lorenzetto is already serving a four-and-a-half-year sentence.

The man accused of the Penticton Toyota dealership arson in 2022 won’t be going to trial. The trial for Donald Richard Lorenzetto was set to begin on Aug. 10, for charges of arson and mischief over $5,000.
