Alaska State Troopers begin filming new TV show in western Alaska - KNOM Radio Mission

Alaska State Troopers are returning to TV with a new series set to debut in 2026. The show is a sequel to a series aired by National Geographic between 2009 and 2015. Film crews have fanned out across the state, with sightings reported in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley and Fairbanks areas.
