Akeso Advances IO2.0 + ADC2.0 Strategy: First Patient Dosed in Phase II Study of TROP2/Nectin-4 Bispecific ADC (AK146D1) Combined with Ivonescimab in Breast Cancer
Akeso, Inc. has dosed the first patient in a Phase II trial evaluating the combination of AK146D1 and ivonescimab for advanced breast cancer treatment.
The study targets first-line treatment of HR+/HER2- breast cancer and triple-negative breast cancer using Akeso's IO2.0 + ADC2.0 regimen.
AK146D1 has shown strong antitumor effects and good safety in early trials.
Ivonescimab is a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody that has demonstrated better clinical results than PD-1 inhibitors in several Phase III trials.
