- AG&P Industrial and PISL announced on Jan. 31, 2026, at India Energy Week a 50:50 joint venture with a USD 100 million investment to build India's first modular EPC facility.
- By combining AG&P's Modstruction methodology with PISL, the joint venture aims to develop localized manufacturing and modular EPC infrastructure supporting India's 'Make in India' industrialization agenda.
- AG&P Industrial brings 70+ years of experience and PISL over 16 years, with the facility expected to be completed by 2027 to support upstream, midstream, downstream and gas infrastructure projects.
- The partnership will support India’s infrastructure and energy goals, aiming to attract foreign direct investment and promote domestic manufacturing, aligned with the Government of India's policies.
