After ruling in free speech case, Augusta considers new public comment policy

The board may adopt a new attorney-written policy next week after a judge said the old rules were overly broad and vague.

U.S. District Judge Stacey D. Neumann has prohibited the Augusta Board of Education from enforcing parts of a policy that she deemed likely violate the First Amendment.
