In Saxony-Anhalt, the AfD has further extended its lead over the CDU, reaching 41 percent compared to the CDU's 26 percent. According to the latest Infratest poll, voters see the SPD at 7 percent. 82 percent of respondents stated they have little or no confidence that the state as a whole is fulfilling its responsibilities.
