NEWBURYPORT — Greater Newburyport Adult and Community Education (GNACE) officials recently announced that registration for winter classes is now open. Space is limited and many classes fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged.
Lifelong learning is more than retraining and additional training. It is an open and inclusive path for all who want to develop new competences and remain active participants in social and economic change. Setting standards and quality levels, compliance with the labor market, recognition of acquired skills, and establishment of systemic financing are the biggest challenges facing the adult education sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
