Acciona continues to cash in asset sales all over the world. After starting the month with the divestment of several renewable energy properties in Spain for more than 500 million, the company announced this morning in a relevant fact sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) the sale of shares and wind farms in the United States and Mexico in exchange for about 1 billion dollars (855 million euros, to the current change).

The company has explained in a statement that the photovoltaic portfolio sold in the United States includes the solar plants of Red Tailed Hawk (458 megawatt peak -- MWp--) and Fort Bend Solar (316 MWp), in Texas; High Point Solar Farm (127 MWp) in Illinois; and Union Solar (415 Wp) in Ohio.
