ACTION ALERT: Nebraska’s minimum wage is under attack (again)

Last year, Nebraskans came together to tell the Legislature HANDS OFF our voter-approved minimum wage law.  Now, LB258 (Raybould) – a bill that will harm workers by severely weakening Nebraska’s minimum wage law by carving out a subminimum wage for young workers AND placing a harmful cap on the cost of living increases that 58% of Nebraskans voted for – is back. If passed as is, young workers would see a pay decrease from $15/hour to $13.50/hour…
