ACLU to provide overview of civil rights at ‘Hot Topics’ event in Willmar

WILLMAR — The League of Women Voters of the Willmar Area will host a Community Hot Topics “know your rights” event on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 12:15 p.m. at the Willmar Public Library.
