[Naha] Hiromu Itokazu (32), a native of Naha City who works in the food and beverage industry in Tokyo, opened an acai bowl shop in May at the Daiichi Makishi Public Market in Matsuo, Naha City. He uses Okinawan fruits and ingredients such as mango, pineapple, and brown sugar. Itokazu said, "I'm putting Okinawan characteristics front and center. I hope you'll come and visit."
