A 100% stake in Aures Holdings, which owns not only AAA Auto, but also the Mototechna and Auto Diskont brands, has been acquired by Daniel Křetínský's international group EP Equity Investment. The companies announced this on Friday, adding that the transaction still needs to be approved by regulators.
