A CCTV camera captured the theft of a mobile phone from a sleeping passenger at Vapi Railway Station in Valsad district, Gujarat. The footage shows the accused first observing the surroundings and then, as soon as he finds an opportunity, attempting to flee with the mobile phone. However, the RPF and GRP noticed him during CCTV surveillance and subsequently arrested him.
