The new composition of the People's House has been revealed in 147 towns in the Northern Basque Country; or rather, they will have a second round in 11 towns this coming Sunday: in Lapurdi, in Bayonne, Biarritz, Hendaye, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Azkain, Urruña, Kambo, Beskoitz, Bokal and Arbona, and in Zuberoa, in Maule.
This is a small event. There will be a second round in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, for the first time since the 2001 elections.
