'A place for all of us' dedicated - The Landmark

RUTLAND — It felt as if the entire community turned out for the dedication of the Hope Blooms garden on a sunny Sunday, even though teardrops of sorrow and remembrance moistened the air. The garden area, located behind the Rutland Free Public Library, has been transformed into a remembrance garden, expanding the Hope Lives Here mission by providing a place of calm and peace.
