South Moravia Wins Its First Michelin Star
The South Moravian region has received its first Michelin star. Hlohovec (Břeclav region) - For the Essens restaurant from Hlohovec in the Břeclav region, winning a Michelin star is crucial. Chef Otto Vašák stated this in a press release. The restaurant received it for the first time on Thursday, making it into the popular gastronomic guide. It is also the first time that restaurants outside Prague have received a Michelin star in the Czech Republic.
