In Istanbul's Beyoğlu district, a suspect who stole a cell phone from a citizen sleeping in his parked car was identified and apprehended by security teams who meticulously reviewed security camera footage from the scene. Following his processing at the police station, the 26-year-old suspect, N.Y., was referred to the courthouse and subsequently arrested and sent to prison by the court.
While a person was sleeping in his car with the doors open in Istanbul, a passerby approached calmly.
