Justice Minister Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) has specified her plans for a one-time amnesty for around 500 prisoners. The ministry's draft proposal suggests three groups of inmates who must meet varying levels of eligibility depending on the length of their sentence, reports the "Kurier." Those serving unconditional sentences of up to five years could also benefit.
