The historic pipe organ which was used to perform the famous Rhondda Valley hymn for the first time will be refurbished this week thanks to the work of a national charity. Today and tomorrow (August 17 and 18), members of Pipe Up for Pipe Organs will gather at Capel Rhondda in Trehopcyn.
PROGRESO.— Yesterday, at the end of the 9:00 a.m. mass, a vehicle was presented to the winner of a raffle at the Suárez court, located across the street from the Guadalupe Chapel. The winner was Clara Elena Ortiz y Aké. Mrs. Ortiz purchased a ticket for the raffle called “Crusade for the Guadalupe Chapel,” which had a 2026 Aveo as its prize.
