A 5 a.m. movement in Thomasville is bringing neighbors together

A pre-dawn running and walking club is growing in Thomasville, and neighbors say it's helping them find community. A simple Facebook invite turned into a movement, growing from 16 people to as many as 60 runners and walkers in just days. Runs take place at 5 a.m. and 6 p.m., giving neighbors more chances to show up, get active, and feel supported by a new community family.
