Xcel Energy is reporting a power outage on the south side of La Crosse on Sunday morning. As of approximately 10:40 a.m., more than 8,400 customers are affected. According to Xcel’s Electric Outage Map website, the estimated time for restoring power is 12:45 p.m. There’s no immediate word on what caused the outage.
