About 60 African refugees and migrants were brought to Malta on Sunday after their boat capsized near the island, one of the largest groups to arrive there in recent years. The group was rescued by Maltese military vessels and arrived in Bugibba, 10 miles north of Valletta. Crowds, ambulances and a large police force were at the scene.
