On August 13th, the 9th NTDTV World Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition kicked off at a stadium on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This year's competition features 75 athletes from 8 countries. The first day included preliminary rounds in the junior, women's, and men's boxing and weapons events.
