Buenos Aires, 22 March (NA) – Tuesday, March 24, marks the 50th anniversary of the 1976 coup in Argentina initiated by the three armed forces, commanded by Jorge Rafael Videla (Army), Emilio Massera (Armada) and Orlando Agosti (Air Force), after overthrowing the then vice president in charge of Executive Power Estela Martínez, widow of Juan Domingo Perón.
