Texas deals with flooding fallout as Edouard moves deeper into state

While Edouard is no longer an organized storm, its circulation and moisture are still causing heavy rain and gusty winds that have covered roads with water and knocked out power to thousands.

Rain remains possible into the weekend!

As the remnants of Edouard move away from the ArkLaTex, an upper-level disturbance moving west through the Gulf will bring a continued chance of rain.  Temperatures will remain above normal.
