MUNFORDVILLE, Ky. – A Horse Cave man is charged with animal cruelty. According to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, an anonymous tip indicated that a large number of dogs were not being cared for. Deputies and the Hart County Animal Shelter responded to 1591 Tommy Toms Road to investigate the scene on April 28. HCSO says 37 dogs were located in unfit conditions.
