Gianpiero Colla, former director of the MBF foundry, located in Saint-Claude (Jura), has been tried in the Nancy Correctional Court for two days with three other people. The Italian businessman accused of "abuse of social property", which allegedly led to the judicial liquidation of the company in 2021, was sentenced to 30 months' suspended imprisonment and 100,000 euros in fine.
