The City of San Angelo's 2026 HA5 street maintenance project will begin May 7 and continue through May 19, affecting 26 streets and requiring vehicles to be towed out of the construction zone during the 24-hour period after the HA5 application.

24-Hour No-Drive Rule Starts Tomorrow on 31 San Angelo Streets

SAN ANGELO, TX - The 2026 HA5 street maintenance project will begin Thursday, May 7, and last through Tuesday, May 19, according to the City of San Angelo. Affected streets will close at 7 a.m. prior to work being done and remain closed for 24 hours following the HA5 application. Flyers have been given to homes in the area notifying them of the upcoming work. The contractor for this project is Andale Construction.
