2026 Rogue PHEV paves the way for Nissan’s upcoming hybrid
From their origin as gas-electric oddities, hybrids have been considered mainstream models by many drivers for quite a while, and most automakers offer at least one if not more. Nissan hasn’t, at least not in Canada, where its Leaf and Ariya offerings are electric-only. An in-house hybrid is coming, but in the meantime, its new 2026 Rogue Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) will be the bridge to that.
