A 19-year-old boy was shot three times in the vicinity of the “Luis Moll Briones” Adult Integrated Education Center in Valdivia, in the Los Ríos region. According to Radio Bío Bío, the incident occurred when the victim was leaving the adult education facility, on the corner of Bueras and Errázuriz streets.
