15-Month Prison Sentence Against an Oil Operator for Bribing Petrobras Charges

The U.S. Department of Justice announced on Tuesday the 15-month prison sentence of an oil market operator who for nearly eight years bribed over $1 million to Brazilian Petrobras to obtain confidential information. Glenn Oztemel, 66, a U.S. citizen, committed the crimes to benefit the two companies in the energy sector he worked for, Arcadia Fuels and Freepoint Commodities.
