EIVISSA, 12 (EUROPA PRESS) The National Police in Eivissa has arrested 14 people, including a minor, for being alleged to have committed a crime of human trafficking, against the rights of foreign citizens and favoring illegal immigration. At least three have been imprisoned, all of them for sponsoring nine type-patera boats that arrived on the shores of the Pitiusas during last July with 154 immigrants, according to the Police in a statement.
Some of the detainees had previously entered Spain on parental leave using other identities
