The front of the palace was lit in pink, Wednesday, in a sign of solidarity with women fighting cancer. At the event marking the National Day of War against San Cancer, the First Lady of Romania, Mirabela Grádinuru, was involved in the life of President Nicushor Dan.
In Romania, blood cancer is the most common form of cancer in women and one of the main causes of oncological disease.
At the end of the symbolic light, the First Lady of Romania, Mirabela Grádinau, co-chair of President Nicoșor Dan, participated.
The Cotroceni Palace, but also 22 buildings in Romania, wears red light as a symbol of hope and solidarity in the fight against cancer. On 1 October, the Renaissance Foundation marches 25 years of activity.
