About 1,400 people have fled Yemen to Djibouti in the past 24 hours, due to renewed clashes between government forces and the Houthis. Djibouti's Minister of Economy and Finance confirmed the arrivals, while the UN says at least 76,000 people have been internally displaced in Yemen since July.
Some 1,400 people fled Yemen, where fighting between government forces and Huthis rebels has intensified for Djibouti, said Djibouti's Minister of Economy, Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh.
